Warranty By Net refused to pay for a "covered repair" because I did not get prior authorization. Be very careful if you already have Warranty by net that you follow exactly their instructions.
Their denial of my claim:
The claim was reported to us without properly registering the claim prior to the repairs being performed.
No Prior authorization
This claim was not called in for prior approval per the vehicle service contract will be recorded in your contract for future reference
