On shopped at the West Springfield, MA store on 1/7 and was served by associate Eric. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional during my visit to this department (fishing). When I'm in the store I always get excellent service at both Hadley, MA and West Springfield, Ma stores. I am forced to make 70-80% of my purchases because I have a mature build and find it difficult to find my sizes in the stores whereas Cabela stores (instore) have all my sizes in stock. I really like to see my purchases first hand before I buy them. So the end result is that while I'm shopping for my clothing I always checkout the fishing department and don't usually go home empty handed.
In conclusion, I have to say that the personnel in your stores are responsible for the items that I purchase from your stores.
While I went online to fill out a customer survey today after a purchase made on the 7th I really had a difficult time in finding this place to fill out the survey. It was very stressful and I agree with others when they pose this complaint.
