I, unfortunately, opted to get the trial of Dermapril. Since July 09 I have tried to cancel shipment and charges to my credit card without success. Trying to reach customer service on the web gets a blank screen, and calling 888-727-4445 to cancel past and future shipments only gets a recorded message saying this number is having network trouble... Really? Do I have to hire an attorney to resolve this matter? I do not want any more Dermapril because it does not work. My advice to others is ignore their ads.
