Failure to Pay

Another driver caused the incident. Nationwide was his insurer. The insurer, Marie-Lyne Lezeau, named me nearly every evening for over per month usually attempting to obtain a medical discharge closed. She blackmailed me by stating that Nationwide wouldn't spend my medical expenses before launch was authorized. Since I've authorized the launch, five weeks have gone bye and also the expenses nevertheless aren't compensated. Marie-Lyne today ignores my calls and emailings. I'll never sign something after a collision again without speaking with an attorney first. I suppose I'll need to spend the expenses myself today and consider Nationwide to small claims court. Don't get your insurance from their store!
