Didnt check my passport

Hello,

I'm Dr Mehta (abhishek mehta). I was schedulled to visit from detroit to asia with stopaage in indonesia (frankfurt). I am US passport owner. I believed I didnt need a visa to go to India on an American passport because it was simply my first trip after obtaining the national passport. The airindia skipped examining my passoprt that it wasnt stammped for Indian Credit, and today I'm in stuck frankfurt germany because they examined it and explained that it will have now been examined in US, Had it been examined there I'd have quickly got it stamped Therein detroit alternatively today I'm implementing from the diverse nation within frankfurt and also have to remain below until it gets stamped for atleast 3=4 times and I've to complete all of the economic expences and also the waste of my period and holiday. Not just that I had been informed I've to pay for additional fee as my trip routine needs to be transformed for that.

Please allow me to understand what Airindia may do about that since in my opinion if that had merely examined this in Detroit, i don't need to undergo all of this
