Ripoff Dishonest Poor Customer Service Brakes Worst

I went to the Express Lube on Alpharetta Hwy because there was a sign for free brake inspections. After the four wheels were off the car the technician called me to the brakes. He said my brakes were to hot and causing me problems. The rotors in the front also need needed to be surfaced.

After the car was tested I drove toward home. Before I could get to Mansell Rd the brakes sounded like bass drums beating. I could not return because I care for an elderly couple in their home and its against the law to leave them to long because of health conditions.

I returned early Saturday morning, two days later thinking no problem. Needless to say the asst manager said there was a problem, but could only fix it with me giving them more money and time.

I needed my car to work care for this couple and I am not able to drive my car because I am not satisfied with the quality of work so far. Help!!!
