Wynns Extended Care ripoff Three strikes and their OUT Taking them to Court for their failure to live up to contract obligations and refusal to pay

Burned not once, not twice, but thrice. I have had it with this companies failure to live up to their contract obligations and their deceptive consumer practices.

I have three unsatisfactory dealing with this company all on the same warranty. I want a full refund and all previous claims paid for in full immediately. On advice from my lawyer, I am preparing to submit my court case in the next few days.

In researching this company, I have found numerous cases against them and am willing to join a class action suite against this company and publicly denounce their fraudulent practices.

As a certified automotive technician, I am well aware of their support service representatives ignorance, poor customer service practices, incompetence, and fraudulent behavior.

I am prepared to share my unpleasant encounters with the media, court system, and fellow consumers to help protect others from their bad behavior.
