Violated contract, lied, refused to deliver belongings and demanded $250 additional to release goods

Per agreement I closed, the mover was to contact me twenty four hours prior to buying up. I had been "GUARANTEED" shipping on 12/20/09 - but no-call on 12/19 or 12/20 (weekend - telephone number I requested for in case there is any issue, didn't reply!) unsure if movers were arriving or not, I started producing additional preparations after which obtained a phone ONE-HOUR before movers appeared on 12/21/09. They arrived in having a complete bundle of documents to signal! I currently closed and sent back agreement to organization I “thought” were the movers simply to discover they bet my re-locate and that I got international, low-Language talking unprofessional movers! First criticism I've is they changed documents I closed by the addition of costs AFTERWARDS for materials not utilized but were put into the total amount due amount I owed. Following, they lied repeatedly over my shipping – the dispatcher H named to inform me they might not get vehicle into condo complex. It had been AN ENORMOUS region and that I named the driver (had his quantity as he named me earlier), who stated these were 30 miles West of my location. Liars... How could they claim they mightnot enter once they were never there! We required they come as Likely. Supervisor confirmed four (4) moving vehicles same dimension had are available in earlier that evening. They eventually came (initially was to become 10 am, then 2 pm, then 4 pm.) it had been 5:30 pm - again they explained NO, they'd not generate in. The Fact Is... It had been overdue plus they were exhausted! They quit and were to provide following day. Subsequently, following day I obtained anotehr phone from H (dispatcher) with ANOTHER REST - the vehicle was CAUGHT in 8" of ideal and snow with no one was getting into or out-of truck-stop — these were in another condition - 50 miles away! I named the truck-stop and confirmed they'd only one" ideal and there is NOT A PROBLEM - all vans were moving in and out – east and west. I called back-very furious plus they declined to come back or provide my belongings and H explained easily needed my possessions, I'd need to generate 50 miles outofstate and obtain them! I'd to hire a u haul ($100) and generate 100 miles round-trip, outofstate, also it got us half an hour to sell my possessions! Along with everything, they required one more $250 release a my possessions or they'd not start the doorway

In the end was stated and completed, I named to protest and talked towards the General Manager, Russell Masnev, who assured he'd pay me for that poor company. Subsequently, he'd never reunite my calls and after 10 times to be lied to by H, dispatcher who coverd for Russell, Russell rudely explained to keep in touch with the dog owner, Vladimir Masnev – HIS FATHER. Obviously “he” was never in…or they'd inform me he'd be in an hour or so, etc., etc.

Main point here, NO BODY WOULD SPEAK WITH ME AND THAT I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF BEING LIED TO. I’m sure this is exactly what they rely on occurring for several grievances

Don't utilize this unprofessional organization, low-english-speaking motorists – they lie and hold your possessions hostage after which will not deliver. They're all unprofessional - h, the dispatcher, russell masnev, guarantees subsequently covers, and vladimir masnev, operator, who wont have the decency to talk in my experience!
