On December 29th I bought 4 wheels out of this organization using the guarantee of the $100 cash refund. Little did I understand that I'd fourteen days to approach the refund form or I'd shed my $100. At virtually no time did the salesperson in the shop inform me the refund offer ended on Jan 15. Our refund was processedw within thirty days - a reasonalbe time period.

That Is poor company and misleading. I'll never patronize the organization again. Moreover, I'll allow every individual I understand to not store at NTB or some of their others. It's difficult to keep in touch with an individual in the comapny headquateres. The amount on the site is just a 3rd party customer support organization that works being an answering support to display the numerous compliants they have to obtain.

NTB must understand how much company they're dropping by running in this misleading method!
