Refusal of claim

Posted a state to Continental Guarantee, Agreement #: GP20-148122. Seeking fix of the system using the timing sequence. Your guarantee is meant to protect motor, indication, and transfer-case.

So far as I'm worried the time of the engine is area of the motor. Continental statements this component isn't protected. WHY? This makes no sense in my experience. Are you able to support me with this isssue? Thanks.
