At 3k miles & 7 weeks old, my 2009 Subaru Forester had an electric breakdown. The cable control automatically burnt. Subaru of America (SOA) doesn't wish to cope with the issue. Because the event triggered a fireplace, they called me to my insurance. After 2.5 weeks of conversations SOA didn't take it had been a production problem and also the insurance offered the purchase to correct it in the seller. They began repairs in December 09; 1.5 weeks later they'venot fixed it. Although these were fixing it-they had another electric issue & the airbags used.

Subaru Executive must examine all situations that'll compromise security.

Abandon it to third parties, leaves too much to be preferred from the vehicle organization, especially when individual lifestyles are in risk.

SOA also thinks the Fruit Law doesn't affect this event.

I've been without having an automobile for over four weeks, while in the same period spending my regular rent funds and going right through so much stress.

Subaru isn't interested in determining what failed, or they worry about safety or client satisfaction.
