This company did a number of things to me. I ordered one bike from them.
First, their website states that you will only have to put minor things together. When i received the bike it was almost totally in pieces.
Second, i had the delivery guy try double charge me after i already paid for shipping through bikezdirect.
Then i put the bike together and found one of my plastics to be broken. They promised to send it to me if i emailed them a picture of the broken part (which i did). Then a month later after asking them over and over and again and again the rep (maria) tells me to send a picture of the broken part - like it was the first time of hearing about this!!
