Bumpers and Grilles Took my money to rechrome parts and never returned them

I contacted Chromabonito in June of 09 to have my 68 Cougar front bumper and side marker light re chromed. I only live about 36 miles south of West Covina, so I thought I could drop it off when I was up that way. They told me they would pick it up at my house for no charge which was great. They came by the next day and took the parts. They wanted payment up front since they ship the parts back Via UPS. (! St red Flag) They told me the parts would be returned in about 10 days.
After a couple weeks of not getting the parts I started my endless try of contacting them. They were also selling on Ebay at the time and finally responded to an Email through Ebay. They told me the parts were shipped and the shipment must of got lost. They gave me a bogus tracking number that was not close to a legit number.
I started to check into the company and discovered this has happened to dozens of people and the BBB has them under an F rating. The business address is a PO Box a UPS store. I ended up doing a reverse look-up on the business phone (626) 941-4133 and was able to determine it was a land line at a residence in La Puente CA. 91744. The address is 201 Hillcrest Dr.
I was also able to find out the the Juan Treminio is the owner of Chromabonito and resides at the above address. Another phone number at this residence (626) 964-6683.
Once I contacted Juan with a demand letter sent to his home address I was able to get my bumper returned. Juan never did give me my marker light back, but I took him to small claims and won. Of course he did not pay, but I tracked what bank he had cashed my check. I had a levy put on the account and received my money plus all my expenses.
I just want to help out anyone that has been ripped off by this dirt bag! Hope this helps someone out there.
