This company is farming out cheap labor to call centers in India where the employees barely speak english and work for. 50 cents per hour. This is a gigantic AMERICAN corporation that refuses to suppport the american economy durring this economic crisis we are experiencing. They also run a call center in canada where they pay. 60 cents on the AMERICAN dollar to stinking canadians.

There job is to help motorists in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA who are stranded on the side of the road and need a tow truck to come help them and half the time the operators english is so poor that the get the address where I am located wrong. This is an outrage and I am canceling my membership with them and I suggest that anyone else who has a membership with them cancels it. Boycott g.E. Financial assurance (g.E.= General Electric)
