Accepting with the additional grievances, my spouse and that I have experienced an extremely poor experience with Westlake. We're 24 months into our mortgage and also have obtained really rude customer support through the whole period. I've been lied to to be able to create a cost despite the fact that I'd shipped one in, they explained they never obtained it and explained to create a computerized cost since I had been thirty days late. 24 hours later equally funds were removed. I had been guaranteed this could not occur. Relying them at their term I foolishly decided so when I adopted through with attempting to get the additional cost I had been moved and hung-up on many times without any benefits. Only disrespect in the team. Additionally we recently created a cost online utilizing our bank card. We approved a-one time cost. About 14 days later, another cost arrived. Whenever we approached them, they mightnot find our cash. They did concur that the resources were removed but could not find them. What type of shit is the fact that?
