Multiple scam complaints against this, so called company, claims he has possession of the part you need wen he recives the money all the sudden it was sold and he finds another but he needs more money

I needed a wireharness for my 460 ford motor tom responded said he had one in his possession all i had to do was send 225.00 total tax shipping everything included. I agreed got a postal money order per his request so he could send it out right away never heard any thing for over aweek then he sends an email claims i owe 50 more dollars after arguing i agreed. Called him the very next day told him it was in the mail, later that night he informed me it was sold! (i pulled the money out of the mail box) next day he informed me he found another wire harness and it was 375.00 (MORE MONEY)... I told him i wanted a refund after he cussed me out he wanted a restocking fee of 20%... For a part he never possesses and supposed to have sold anyway but i agreed so i could recover some 0f my money. He finally said no refunds! I called the police dept.in his little town they say the adress for his shop is an apt. Building in the pojects. Dont give one nickle to this scum bag!!!
