I've taken care of rental-car protection with one of these clowns for more than 3 years. After I did have an incident (vehicle/deer crash) I had been provided a loaner from the auto-body shop. Since I didn't need to purchase the loaner vehicle, esurance is rejecting my cost of rental car protection. Pardon me? But when I'm spending money on a service I be prepared to get the support, not the run-around. I've been overlooked, lied to, and handled with such bitterness that I've since changed businesses and would not return to esurance.
