Rip-off warning Garden Grove

AutoTronix AUTOTRONIX &Beware & Stay Away They're CROOKS!!! Westminster / Garden Grove California...

AutoTronix Should be Shut down & possibly be prosecuted criminally for fraud. I went there about 2 weeks ago to have a basic stereo installed. I found them from an ad in Recycler. Upon arriving at the store, I noticed it was very unorganized and quite filthy, the inventory was just piled on the floor on pallets. To say the least, I was confused as to what to sellect.

One of the young sales persons kinda made the selection for me... It was a Magna MG 1940&supposedly its a magnavox—I discovered it to be a complete piece of crap.

There were several teenage male sales people... And I noticed their boss&shaven head with wire rim glasses who spoke arabic to some of the employees—but he also spoke english. Every damn one of these people spoke with that gansta rapper "I'm a badass" brougue/accent (I think they listen to to much Rap or something).

I returned to the store 2 weeks after the purchase and requested a refund. The arabic shaved head guy with the glasses informed me that no refunds given, only store credit. I demanded a cash refund again & he started to get beligerent and threatening! I was shocked! Anyway, I waited as he paged his boss to discuss my refund...

After about 15 minutes, I decided I had enough of this punk and his smelly store. I waited until several customers congregated toward the sales counter where he was and I vocally confronted him so all other customers could hear. I also informed him I was leaving rather than waiting for his boss to call... I was going to call AMerican Express to deny payment & possibly file suit in court. I would love to correspond with other victims of AutoTronix... They are Criminals!!!
