Gus, Roy, and Robin, drive financial They sold me a car that had no clutch, horn, and a list of other things. When i complained they came and took the car. Now i have no car or money

Gus was the salesman who sold me the car. When i got the car home i noticed that the check engine light was, so i called him the next day. He told me to come up to the shop and he would have his mechanic fix my car. For a week i was dealing with the mechanic then all of a sudden he lost his shop (the mechanic) so i called gus back. He referred me to another shop and told me that the warranty that i purchased would cover any of the problems. I went to the other shop and thay did a dignostic on the car and found out that the clutch was out (thats why it wouldnt go into reverse or first) and that it had 7 other major problems. I called gus and he told me to give him more money and he would give me a car that works. (i just gave him 1,000 dollars) for a car that dont work. So i told him that i would not give him anymore money, the next day they came and repo'ed my car... So Im stuck with out a car and my money. They told me that there is no lemon law in california.
