I visited Pepboys from the 29 moment oil-change & a tire turn on 12/05/09. I appear before 9:00am. They finished the task at2:25pm.

I saw the support in the waiting room windows. I observe that the specialist didn't turn my tires. He got my vehicle off the stand. I visited his boss and stated that my tires where not spun. The specialist stated that they didn't seem like they required shifts. I told him that I taken care of the shifts and required them completed. Their boss informed him to place my vehicle back about the stand and turn them. I viewed through the screen and noticed him consider my tires down and spun them. I really could just begin to see the driver-side. I acquired my vehicle back and went home. 24 hours later I noticed tire sounds. 24 hours later next the sound got higher. The next day I looked over my tires and observe that among my hubcaps were absent plus some of my lugnuts were lacking about the passager side. I also observe that the lugnuts were placed on hand thight. A few of the lugnuts were genuine free. Did the specialist do that purposely and attempt to destroy me and my loved ones or was this a mistake? I went but to Pepboys. The boss punished the specialist and informed him to apolgize in my experience. They fixed the tightening of the remainder of my lugnuts. They didn't have any alternative nuts. I'd togo online and invest over $50.00 to obtain a substitute hubcaps and also the lost lugnuts. The Pepboys was situated at 4500 St. Barnabas Rd.in Marlow Heights Maryland 20748 (301) 423-2522

I really could have murdered my loved ones or another person.
