Liar and thief

In Oct. Of I mailed the Computer from my Volvo to Mr. Thompson to recondition. He initially quoted me $275.00, but actually charged me $349.00. It took him 8 months to get it back to me. When I received it, it did not work and my car would not start.
I called and e-mailed him many times during this period. Whenever I spoke to him, he told me my computer would ship Friday of that week. He also took my phone number 7 times and never returned my calls.
In Feb. Of 2007 I registered a complaint with the local BBB in Florida. As Mr. Thompson is not a member of the BBB, he could care less. My complaint got me a rude & foul e-mail from him.
When I found the Computer did not work, I called him and we discussed the problem. He is VERY arrogant, and considers himself akin to a Brain Surgeon. He also devoted most of the call to telling me his problems. He asked me to ship it back, as he offers a lifetime guarantee. That was July.
It is now Dec. Of 2009. He has $350.00 of my money, and my computer. He again will not return any of my e-mails or voice mails. I purchased a used Computer locally so I could drive my car. I will also be reporting this to the FTC, FBI Cyber Fraud Division, US Postal Service and the BBB (just to piss him off)!
