Lied/devalued my trade in and treated me like garbage

Elmore toyota asked me how much I would take for my 2005 Mazda 6. I told them I would only take $10,000 and no less. After some haggling they brought me in to sign the contract. Putting my trust into them I just signed it, and it was my fault for not checking hard enough but without my consent they added over $3,000 in service contracts I did NOT consent to. Lo-jack (which they never contacted me to install,) a pre-paid service contract which I once again did not consent to, as well as GAP (which I don't fret about I would've said yes if they just would've ASKED.

I e-mailed the general manager David (whos e-mail is posted all over the place inside of the dealer if you have any issues or complaints.) I never received a response. When I finally called into to throw a fit about the floor mats I never received two months later the customer service liar Julie stated that it must've been a "typo" and that I actually received 9500 for my trade in. LIE! She claims David the GM gives her a copy of every complaint e-mail he receives. They aren't very good at following up!

To top it off. And what inspired my distaste the most was when I even brought the car back to trade in when my pay got cut. At the time I thought I was going to be unable to afford the car so I brought it back to trade in, and the sales manger sFrank laughs and goes "ha! We really buried you on that car, didn't we?!"

Can you get any more unprofessional? When a company does right I will sing all day long how good they are and refer all my friends without the blink of an eye.
