Received wrong item from CarID after ordering from them on ebay at carid_2000. They offered a refund, but informed me they would be taking a restocking fee and not refunding my shipping on this very large package, while requiring me to pay the shipping back also. I returned the package reluctantly, given that the issue was completely their fault... One month later, still haven't received my refund, I paid through paypal so I would know when they refund me. The package was deliverd to them 3 weeks ago. Calling, e-mailing, and filing claims in ebay and paypal=nothing.
