Toplinepowersports.com and it's parent compay, Frontier Imports have ripped me off for $2017.99 for a scooter I purchased on 24 Aug. Doug is the salesman and is also the only person you can talk to on the phone. He won't answer any questions about shipping and when I requested a refund the money never arrived.
Now the site appears to have folded and the phone numbers are no longer working.
No one should purchase anything from these people.
