Dissatisfied with CheapOair and Northwest Airlines and certainly will never utilize them again. I am aware that my house airport (Wilkes Barre Scranton PA) has restricted routes but in my opinion I'm owed in the minimum and apology for that inconvence we were triggered. Thanks. Kathy Sweetra
