I bought a car and paid it off, they havent answered their phone, called over 100 times, they didnt send me my title. I got ripped off payed too much for car

I bought a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse Rs from Best Import Auto around April.
I traded them a 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo with 120000 miles, The Chevy Monte Carlo was worth around the same as the Mitsubishi EClipse I purchased from best import.

They ripped me off giving me $1700 for my car, when their car was in worse shape, and had 2000 miles more.

I financed $ 2400 which is what is left which I had to pay at $350 a month.
So basically they sold me the eclipse for $4000-1700 trade in left 2300 to pay off.

The first day i drove the car home, the belt for the water pump broke they fixed it right away, then, i had to spend $700 on parts the first month I still have all the recipts. I had to buy new spark plugs, spark plug wires, new gator belts cause all the belts were gunna break, new fluids, had to do a total engine tune up, had to buy a new thermostat for the radiator because it was messed up bad and the car kept reading hot as the temp, i had to buy new motor mount, and the dash when i bought the car is TOTALY craked, the dash is IMPOSIBLE to find unless you buy it from Mitsu Dealership which is $1000 for the dash, the seats looked like they came from a junk yard because they had burn holes ALLLLLL over them, i toook the seats out and put in leather black seats from another eclipse, all the plastic panels from the car were removed and they too looked LIKE CRAP inside was DIRT all over and I still have the panels for proof, the front bumper was cracked when i bought it and it still is i have the proof. Basically they ripped me off BAD, that car was worth $2000 at the MOST~

I keep calling them because Im done payin the car, and I think their trying to get more money out off me when I still have the last recipt they sent about 5 months ago, they refuse to call me back and they havent sent me any receipts for the last 5 months, and they dont wanna send me my car title which is the most important part, please help me! Please these people need to be shut down i heard several complaints from other peeps who bought a car there.
