Plaza Lincoln Mecury
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent contract

Cars & Transport

I leased a 1997 Ford Expedition from this car dealership. I signed a contract stating that I am responsible for any miles over my 1250 monthly allowance at the rate of one cent per mile. When my lease was up the Bank (Key Bank) inform me that the contract they had stated that I was responsible for fifteen cents per mile. I had them to fax me a copy of the contract they had in their possession. When I received this contract I noticed immediately that the car dealership forged my signature to this contract and they placed my initials in the blocks where they change the original contract from one cent per mile to fifteen cents per mile.

According to my original contract I should had to pay around $650.00 dollars to end the contract, however, this fradulent contracts states I have to pay around $6500.00 dollars to get out this lease. I spoke to the owner about this unfortunate situation, however, he feels his company did no wrong. I even sent him a certified letter which he never responded but he received. I tried to settle with him and he refused now I hope I can find an attorney to help me sue him and expose this crooked company. I truly feel there are other customers that this company have taken advantage of.

I was working as an independent contracter and was not getting paid on time. The owner would not explain his policy and would keep puting the invoices up a month. Also if you read the contract it says
