Did Not Ship Item

I ordered a part from cadillacperformance.net back in june and of course they promptly took my money that i sent via paypay to them and promised to ship my part asap. Weeks and weeks go by and i email asking where my order was. I allowed extra time being as the company was located in canada. I emailed and they actually responded and said that it must have been lost in the mail and they would send another. Well now its november and i still don't have my order. I emailed over and over and over with no response. I tried filing a claim thru paypal but since it had been over 45 days they refused to help. So i sent a paypal request for a refund to no avail. I was very polite in all of my emails requesting either my part of my money back and have not received anything not even a reply. So i have written it off to that got me and i'll never see my part nor my $36 ever again. BUYER BEWARE when it comes to cadillacperformance.net you may get you part but then again you may end up like me and get ripped off.
