On arrival in Cancun, Journey Car-Rental did not possess the automated indication I'd reserved 6 months before. I had been guaranteed I'd be billed a diminished price for that manual vehicle. On obtaining my AMEX statement I observed it had been not utilized. Actually my ultimate statement through AMEX was HIGER compared to contracted price. Plus they tucked in 2 small additional costs. No reaction to my inquiries for them and waiting (I offered them manana time for you to solution)_ triggered the 60-day restriction on grievances to AMEX to end. Therefore these weasels got down with this ripoff.
