Michaels Auto Sales is shady don't ever buy a car from them

Don't trust Michaels Auto sales! I would never buy a car from them. There is something very shady going on there. I bought a car from them in April. I bought the car with 22" inch rims on it. The rims where stolen a week ago. The insurance company needed anything in writing that said the car was sold with rims on it in order to process the claim. They said they didn't need anything formal, just a statement from Michael's Auto Sales that said that the car was indeed puchased with the rims on it. After numerous phone calls, speaking to the sales manager, Rick, Margie and Cortney, who was the sales agent, they refused to issue anything to thei nsurance company. Cortney who sold us the car, admitted to that he knew the car was sold with the rims. My husband and I where both on the phone, and heard this. Still, they refused to put anything in writing for the insurance company. For what reason, I don't know. All I can think of is that, there is something dishonest going on there. For some reason they don't want a written record sent to the insurance company. All I can say is I wouldn't trust them!!!
