Deceptive price gauging and lied about time

On October 13th I called Thunderbolt and asked about a rebuild on my motor. John said it would be $1685 plus what parts it might need. Water pump, hoses, etc. He said it would be finished in 5 - 7 days. I called back and checked on the car Ocotber 20th and Robert said the cost was going to be $3095.00 after arguing he said $2999.75. Two weeks later I picked the car up on Ocotber 29th. I asked to speak to the manager and his name was Joe and I told him I was not pleased with how they raised the price and how long it took. He said I did not have to buy the parts. Once they have your car torn apart I would have been out $450.00 and still no car!
