Left package in the pouring rain

I waited all day long to get a notebook and discovered at 7 pm the bundle was overlooked in the advantages facility. (placed on the incorrect vehicle is what another UPS driver explained.) 24 hours later it had been likely to rainfall and so I released a sizable carrier and quit an email on my door to please place it within the tote. The following day the driver quit the notebook within the pouring water but luckily I acquired unemployed early and also the shipper was wise enough to dual package them. When they were also lazy to place it within the carrier they ought to have atleast place it in a plastic bag. The external container was soaked. Does anybody understand the amount I will contact to protest? Their site is just a laugh.
