Used remotes, dirty

Requested two new keyless remotes out of this company, nicely they cause you to beleave you're obtaining new. Got the controllers in like three months after i requested them, required them from the bundle, these were filthy and utilized, appeared worse compared to types i had. Returned them whilst the directions mentioned, it was in september, I've named them plus they claimed they never obtained them back and so I suppose im out my cash, therefore please anybody considering purchasing out of this laugh of the company, beware, they're criminals.
