Still no warranty

Walton Engines (Charlie) offered us a Renault Picasso in march 09. He explained it had been in exceptional situation and might have a 12 guarantee. Once the vehicle came we discovered the rear ledge was absent and also the rear wiper edge low-exsistant (Peculiar because they simply offered it a brand new MOT). To top everything the documents for that guarantee were likewise absent and he assured us it-they could be within the article. After many telephone calls and remaining communications, we still don't have any guarantee.
