Overcharged 310 EU

I reserved carrental through Nationwide/Atesa for my holiday in Italy for 272 EU. Upon arriving home I came across that bill I acquired was for 378 EU. Clarification was this is for insurance. It was never described in my experience ahead of time.

Also, after five times vehicle smashed down and was towed away. I had been costs for 210 EU for vehicle restoration. Atesa stated that incorrect gasoline was place in the vehicle. I supplied the backup for gasoline stop bill but got no excellent results.

Customer Support is horrible - wouldn't react for 2 months.

Our advice - avoid Nationwide!
