Fraud and scam

Our parents are pensioners and were due to gather a brand new vehicle. They called Swinton and informed them-they had a need to move their insurance and desired a for that new vehicle. Swinton, understanding the day they were due to gather the brand new vehicle, stated they'd ring them back. Three nights later Swinton hadnot called them back and so I had to rapidly have them insurance due to their new-car on the internet (that was possibly a great deal cheaper anyway). We did not notice something from Swinton until per month later once they published challenging a termination charge of £50! They currently WOn't actually reveal on which day they terminated the insurance - I believe it'd have go out at that time anyhow which is a method of acquiring £50 from us because they dropped the company simply because they could not be troubled returning a telephone call.

I'll be worrying for their HQ, subsequently FSA and perhaps requesting Age Concern to assist, the client support is non existent, they're really intense in challenging cash and WOn't answer fundamental inquiries. They truly should not act in this way towards pensioners.
