I knew i should have known better when i was doing some research on Gateway chevrolet in Chicago and the Rip off report that Kay from chicago appeared. I thought to myself that since i already know what happen to Kay I'll be more prepared.

I called 1 800 BAR NONE and i was very impressed that a dealer called me not later than an hour later offering to give me a car. He said that even though i had bad credit they could have me driving a car by the end of the day. Well i knew this was too good to be true so I continously asked him not to waste my time and to guaranted me that i would not have to find a co-signer. He said no way just meet me at the office in the evening.

So i make a trip over there at around 5.45 pm in the midst of trafic all the way from skokie to be informed first that Ben Taylor was off for the day and my case was handled by Juliana. They required my info once again and also the pay stubbs. I gave everything to her and she entered it in her fancy computer. I wanted to make sure i got the car so i bought my wife along too and asked her to co-sign (both of us have bad credit).

Anyways about 20 minutes from her leaving to the finance dept. Here comes Sam (the one I already read about in your rip off report) to my astonishment he used the same script he used on Kay. We are missing just 7 points do u have a mother father brother sister anyone to co-sign. I was furious and informed him that i was told i wouldn't need a co-signer. Well that conversation lasted but 30 secs till he threw the file on the table and walked away.

My question is how do people like this survive in a business environment. They keep doing this to people and still thrive. Is there anything that can be done about this. I want to go all the way with this. Even if i have a case I'll spend the money to take this to court. Contact me through the rebuttal key.
