Took money, didn't send headlights

I requested headlights in July and forgot to pay for the delivery. Went in and taken care of the delivery but haven't acquired the lamps. Can't get ahold of these by telephone, they do not answer. Have e mailed many times plus they do not react. Have set poor opinions on the internet site plus they remove them. Have no idea what else to complete. Submitted a with Pay Pal also it went no-where. Am at wits end. The corporation is poor.
