Vendor Services Company – JOHN WICK “conned” and “tricked” seller to obtain automobiles.

While California Auto Sales & Rental (CASL) went of company and dealer Behyar Fariba experimented with get his automobiles, he found 14 of his vehicles were being reclaimed by DSC.

Fariba talked with John Wick, DSCis corporate lawyer, who informed him DSC "fooled" and "fooled" Fariba to be able to obtain the cars from him. DSC declined to come back the automobiles and Fariba charged.

The court entered judgment in Fariba's benefit, giving ownership of the automobiles and $32,500 in problems. DSC appealed and lost. (Fariba v. Vendor Services Corporation Cal. App. 4th D053162)
