Atlantic Central MCO It first started by accident my sister backed into my Infiniti M35 while i was visiting her for Thanksgiving. So we needed to bring the car to Allstate to get it appraised so i could get the car fixed

Here is the letter i sent to Allstate regarding what happened when my Fiance and 10 month old baby took the car to Allstate Atlantic Central MCO for the estimate.

This is regarding the incident that happened when she went into the Allstate office to have the Infiniti M35 inspected by Kevin Snyder at the Boynton Beach location.

She pulled up at 4:20pm on 06/09 and showed Mr. Snyder all the parts he had to look at, including but not limited to the hood and clips for the hood. He insisted we did not need a new hood. Her and the baby went inside to cool down from the Florida heat and when she saw him not looking at the parts she mentioned, she asked him to look it over again. She had to go outside several times because he was not listening to her specific parts that where damaged during the accident. She new what needed to be replaced because before she brought the car to Mr.
