Nothing but trouble

I bought an RCA 32" tv on 3-24-06, It worked good for 10 weeks but went the latter section of January. I named the customer point to document a state underneath the 12 months produce waranty. I had been requested to power-down the collection after which transform it back on after twenty four hours (to disipate all energy) I called back following the 24-hour time period and was again on the telephone using the repetition after I attempted to show it back on. It didn't function! The representative explained it had been since I applied the handheld remote control rather than the turn on the leading. Repeat step 1 and call-back again to make use of the change rather than the distant. No chance! I had been informed from the woman about the telephone they might deliver a fix individual to my house to repair the collection and offered me the telephone quantity of the restoration individual they needed me to utilize. I named him and he advised me-she was incorrect and he'd not generate 47 kilometers to repair my Television. I named RCA back and was informed by someone else that I'd need to consider the set-to the store myself. I did so (On 2-22-08). It had been there for just two months and was identified as having an electrical supply issue. I waited for another week for that information the component wasn't aailable within the Usa. RCA would need to change the collection. DIFFICULTY!!! The repair center and that I have fulfilled every need made from us to expidite the trade and also have been delay at every change! I'm today resting below having been with no item I bought in great faith and can't get one to inform me if so when they'll change the collection. Its not the collection itself when I (after 6 months purchased another collection by another producer) personally I think the only path they may be designed to conform is if your press store assists me provide pressure to keep. I advised the final person I spoke to at RCA (Jeff Darcy) that I intened to get hold of mylocal Television place to assist me and was laughed at. If you might help I'd be thankful.
