Predatorinc.com Purchaed a 6.5L engine from this company and I am having problems with it. I have tried several times to get warranty and I keep getting run around. Need help

Purchased a 1998 6.5L Long block from Predator Motorsports, the crank snapped and I have been calling in for help and the receptionist says someone will call me back but no one does. It has been several months now and I have had to purchase parts from another company to get up and running. I just think that people should know that their warranty isn't worth the paper it was written on.
