Won't pay for repairs

I purchased a long guarantee after I purchased Our KIA Rio Cinco new. The guarantee organization, Primus Treatment, wont purchase the motor repairs, 78,000 miles, since I didn't substitute the time gear at 60,000 miles. HONDA, can also be declining. What are the class-action lawsuits happening against either Primus, or HONDA? Or, does anybody have any understanding of influence I will employ against them?
