I've had ongoing problems with them. If my payt is late two days, the phone calls start. They don't call me as much as they initially did but at one time they would call me about six times a day. They never give me a chance to say anything; they just ask me if I want to make a phone payt.

They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I talked to Allison Beauchamp — after being transferred many times and hung up on — she told me I owe $749. I said how could I after sending them $400 six wks ago, $250 three wks ago, and $240 a wk ago? She concluded they'd received everything but the $250. She said she'd put a trace on it. I called back today and spoke to Shawanna (I have no idea how to spell it) and she said Auto One doesn't trace anything, I have to. When I asked why Allison didn't tell me that, she said I dunno. Allison also said she'd send me a copy of my payment record. I don't expect her word to be any good on that either.

They are absolutely harrassing me to death. They lie, they interrupt me, they won't let me get a word in edgewise. I keep sending them money, and they keep telling me I owe more and more. One of the "agents" told me she was placing my account up for review, whatever that means. She tried to make it sound kind of threatening. Thanks.
