Aamco scams, lies, and threatens

I would like to file a complaint about the Shoreline AAMCO. After being told that the work would be much less than it ended up being, and being told it would be 4-5 days, it has already been 2weeks. They said the car would be done today by 4:00. No call by 4:30, we called and they said it wasn't done and wouldn't give a date that it would be. They tossed in an upgrade to the 36 month warranty for free. We asked that the invoice be sent so we could see it in writing. On the invoice it did not indicate it was free but said it was an extra $500. We called to complain and got into a heated conversation that ended with the general manager, Roc, saying he was going to "take apart our transmission, throw it in the f*&%ing trunk and toss it on the f*&%ing street" This is after we have been charged over 3K and still have no ca
