Ken smith threatened my life and family with sexual violence

This report is has personally happened to me this passed week, August 12. On or about 8-2-09 I posted my car for sale on Craigslist. I was contacted by Mr. Ken Smith who represented himself from Briscoe Motors, UK and indicated he was interested in purchasing my vehicle and for me to advise him on the best possible price and he would wire me the funds bank to bank and arrange for someone to pick up the vehicle. I contacted Craigslist in regards to this being a foreign transaction and the banking information. I was advised not to convey my personal information. I contacted Ken Smith and indicated to him that I could not complete the transaction through the bank to bank wire transfer and would only accept a Western Union wire, Money gram or cashiers check. After emailing back and forth for about a week and him insisting on the bank to bank transfer. I finally indicated that I wanted all of his company information and the information on the companies that he was dealing with in the US that picked up the autos. I conveyed to him that I was insisting in order to ackknowledge that he was not trying to scam me. During this time I start investigating on his name and company and found a substantial amount of suspect information. When I confronted Ken Smith with this information and continued to make one last request for verifiable company information he sent me emails threatening my life, to the extent that he indicated that he was inbound to my home to KILL me and RAPE my wife. He continue to threaten me via email. I assured him that I would forward all his information to the authorities in this country and his. I have submitted an Internet Crime report with the FBI and advise anyone else who has come into contact this this idiot to do the same. I will continue to follow through with this matter until tihs person is uncovered and jailed or imprisoned. I am confident that there are people out there that he has managed to rip off. I was fortunate and realized it before it was too late. He is the unfortunate one now. Be careful and cautious there are some dangerous people on this planet.
