Misleading information

I dropped behind on my car loan after being let go. I approached Usa Approval to try and work-out anything, they immedietly sugested I actually do a voluntary foreclosure. I declined the present and informed them I'd be considered a month 5 late based on when my paydays dropped on my new work. I'd get calls on my house, cell and at the office just about every day. I had been creating my cost 0f 368 each month just I had been 1 5 weeks behind. Well 30 days i dropped behind the next week which may place me behind 2 weeks. On friday at 1 pm I had been named and that I told Usa that I'd create the cost Friday Day via Westernunion. I believed anything was good, 2 hours later my vehicle was eliminated 3pm on friday. I named the amount I had been simply speaking with them on along with a saving arrived on saying I'd need to call-back during operating hours. The following day I'd to create a cost for 1070.00 that included the two weeks owed and also the repo charge. The organization wouldn't support me out. I set my intire look at european marriage to help make the cost. I named the organization again plus they stated I'd to hold back 30-min for this to publish, i named three times within the next time, lastly they stated it published, however the vehicle had been being prepared for resale. I couldn't think it. I told them when they offered the vehicle I'd prosecute for misunderstanding and fooling me into creating a cost. I meant it. Well, they relented and stated the vehicle could be delivered to Corpus. I reached the repo lawn as my vehicle was cut back from being delivered to houston. The corporation can't be respected. Given i dropped behind, but used to do not conceal, i named them to tell them my standing, and that I created funds, I've 8 payments quit on the 10,000.00 mortgage.
