This scum is trying to get people to send money for a used car. After researching and some emails it is clear they are trying to steal money from people. See Listing & Email chain.

The car is located in San Diego at DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers) headquarters, in the container, sealed and ready for shipping. The final price of the car is $2750 and the shipping is free.
