Not following through on their contract

We purchased an Audi A4 3.0 cabriolet in June. We also bought an extended warranty to go along with the purchase of my car from Wynn's. We the first time we needed to use my warranty was July. My car was making a ticking noise under the hood. We took my car into a shop and was told some of my cams and lifters were broken. We reviewed my warranty and saw that these were specifically covered. We contacted the warranty company and they told us we needed a more thorough review of the problem in my car, otherwise if we just fix the cams and lifters and don't research why they broke they would not cover fixing them if they broke again in the future. They told us in order to do that we needed to have the cylinder head removed, but that if after the head was removed and it was not the cause we would have to pay for the labor of the head removal. If the head was defected and therefore the culprit for the cams and lifters being broken they would cover it, this was also clearly stated in my warranty. They also required us to send them every oil change receipt since we owned the vehicle. My car stayed in the shop for over month and is still there today. We called to ask them what the problem was and they said that my mechanics discription, over the phone, of the cylinder head being defected wasn't good enough. WE asked THEM to send an inspector out to have our mechanic show him the defective cylinder head. The representative told us, "I can send one out, but it's not gonna pass the inspection. And it will cost us $95.00 to have him come out." We said to please send him out. We actually had to argue with him to get them to send one out. You would think they would want to do that. Now I'm waiting to see what happens, but I am not sure what to do next. The only thing I am sure of is they are doing everything in their power to not honor their contract and I will never buy another warranty through them again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them as well.
