I bought a vehicle from Galarzas. The staff seemed nice and helpful at first I didnt have time to check out the vehicle because it was late and my mechanic wasnt available but I was able to take it for a short test drive and it seemed to be ok that was my first mistake I should have waited and had it checked out first instead of being in a rush. So I took the vehicle home the next day I took it to my mechanic and I found out there was almost two grand of work that needed to be done to it. So I went back to Galarzas and that same nice and helpful staff wasnt that nice or helpful anymore at first they accused my mechanic that I have been using for ten years now of lieing to me then they said there was nothing they could do. So since they accused my mechanic of lieing I decided to take the vehicle to a different shop for a second opinion. The shop I took it too said the exact same thing as my mechanic. So I went back to Galarzas and told them that I got a second opinion and that the second shop said the same thing as my mechanic I even gave them a print out of all the problems that the second shop gave to me. They still said there was nothing they could do so I demanded to talk to Mr. Galarza himself he came out and said he had a solution he would fix the vehicle for us at a discount which still would have cost me more than having my mechanic fix it. I thought it was unfair that he sold me a vehicle with two grand worth of problems than wanted me to pay him to fix it so I demanded my down payment back and he refused he said I could leave the vehicle there and he would take it but he wasnt going to give me back my downpayment. I found out a few weeks later from somebody that did business with Galarza that they didnt even have a certified mechanic working there. So I contacted the Attorney General they got back to me and said there was nothing they could do even though some of the problems on the vehicle could be considered safety issues. They sent a letter to Mr. Galarza and he was even so bold to send a letter back with a big copy of one of those as is no warranty signs that you see on cars. Just because a vehicle has a as is no warranty doesnt mean a dealership should be able to sell a vehicle with a bunch of problems. My advise stay far away from this place there cars are junk even if you have trouble getting credit cause with there guaranteed credit you will have a interest rate of 29 percent thats after you put half down you should be able to get a better rate at any big dealership.
